Adina Place has become a residence of choice for typical assisted living services. Located in the city of Jasper, MN, the "Adina Place" is situated on a scenic site at the edge of the city.

Adina Place is registered with the Minnesota Department of Health as a housing with services establishment. It is licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health as an Assisted Living Home Care Provider. Adina Place is owned and managed by Moden Medical Group.

It is the Mission of Adina Place to provide shelter and supportive services to seniors in a home-like atmosphere, where each person is valued as an individual.
Adina Place is for people who need limited supervision, people who find it difficult to continue to live in their own home but yet may not require all the services of a nursing home.
We embrace a "RESIDENTS FIRST" philosophy of care, striving to enhance independence by developing and maintaining the skills and abilities of each resident. Our program prioritizes privacy, dignity, comfort, and safety. Basic services that support changing needs are provided for each individual. We work on evaluating these needs with the resident and, whenever possible, a family member. We believe ongoing interaction with staff and family allows for strategic, early intervention to maintain optimum independence.
